Dr Martial Godo has considered the immense task of business owners and organisations to reflect strong leadership and management skills. Expertise in these areas can be the difference between failure and success in a small business or corporate entity.  Entrepreneurs should always aim to become more professional in their approach to staffing, client relationships, business operations, time management to increase earning potential.  Key staff must be informed and diligent at all times, from the receptionist to the security guards - to the boardroom.

Dr Godo  is a Business lecturer at Global Banking School, which is part of Oxford Brookes
University.  For several years he shared his expertise in Business at other universities - including University of East London (UEL) and Universal College London (UCL), teaching undergraduates and adult masters students.  He is also the proprietor of two businesses.
